Damn. Gets it's tentacles cut off then gets a knife to thr head, splitting it open. Gets it's guts ripped out, with its last remaining energy tries to escape, gets pulled back to watch the top half of himself get served on a silver platter then the rest of him gets chopped of. What a brutal death.

Squids look genuinely horrifying. How did an animal like that come to be?

Obviously I felt sorry for it, but it would have died instantly - that moving after was clearly just the sensory nerves going crazy. It's a lot more humane than how other animals are killed, like cows and chickens..
