You can also get a jigsaw attachment for that same tool then grab some blades made for cutting acrylic (I believe the ones I have are Bosch) and don't even worry about cracking it. Also doesn't have the tendency to melt the acrylic as much as the oscillating tool but use both and you're golden. The rigid jigsaw attachment is nice because it has a large base which you can use like a mini table by operating it upside-down for small more precise cutting. It is the only way I'll work lexan now as the score and break method was always just so unreliable.

Excellent, have had limited success with jigsaws and scoring. I imagine it's good for cutting plasterboard?

How I cut some acrylic sheets easily using a multi tool. So much easier than scoring with a sharp blade etc
