Cutter and Squidge are two food obsessed sisters from North West London. They like to invent new products or recreate old favourites, experimenting with flavours while keeping fat and sugar content to a minimum. Everything is made from scratch using British ingredients (where possible) and they use only natural flavourings and colourings. This salted caramel from Cutter and Squidge is made using Maldon sea salt, English butter and organic double cream. Judges said it has a fantastic consistency and loved the silky, creamy butterscotch flavours it delivered. The balance of sea salt was deemed perfect and cut through the sweetness wonderfully.
