Growing up and living along the Thames, I've taken The Eagle for granted all these years. {almost half a century}. I remember when she didn't have the USCG logo and stripe alongside, when she was moored at the Academy, and also heard her late one night {1973, I think} when her mast got caught in the netting of the Gold Star Bridge. But she's looking as nice as she ever has in this video clip. What a difference to see her like this! This video is both exhilarating and soothing. Excellent.
