if you stare into the abyss, you begin to think about everything you have lost, and wonder will you lose anyone else? but you know you will. if you stare at it to long you will slip into madness, but you will remember it all.

Hi :) I have my exams to battle and juxtaposing that i have issues with my attention span, focus and memory. A friend told me about white noise and I found others to be very effective with sleep and relaxation. But if you could please tell me what would be the best to make use of it as in how and when should I listen to it and a little more debriefing. I am new at this stuff so a little help would be appreciated.
