You guys are right, this isn't 25 knots, but there ARE some whitecaps. Fast sailing, though.
You've obviously either never sailed a catamaran before or you've been sailing it wrong.
I'm not entirely sure how you plan to get both helm and crew out of the wire going downwind like this but regardless I agree that this isn't quite 25 knots. Maybe gusts up to 20 max.
25 knots? Hmmm , no whitecaps? A tad optimistic, but nice sailing nonetheless!

very fast sailing at thorpe bay yacht club southend on sea during the nore race.winds were touching 25knots, this footage was shot on the kent shore in shallow water as the boys were keeping out of the tide and waves.
