Let's hope the City of Annapolis can figure out marine transit for its clogged little peninsula. Marine transit oriented development would be a fine thing to include in their city dock plan.

Thank you for the info. I am really impressed by the super fast hydrofoils from Hong Kong. They are like transformers when they rise out of the water.
