Awesome video. Nice camera work and great narration. Would be helpful I'd you include whether the eateries such Guy's place or Blue Iguana are a la cart payment restaurants and roughly how much for a typical meal. Thumbs up!

nice to see all the improvements that have been made since my last 4 trips on that boat out of miami
the Ecstasy is the same boat but a little better improvements including some balcony rooms
richard in the tropics -
Another great vlog Sheri , thankyou
-
Also does Carnival Hub work if you do not buy the internet package?
-
Sheri, I was wondering where is the laundry room on the Imagination? Also is the sauna included or is it additional? Do you know if there is an option to have your clothes pressed on the Imagination?
-
I really enjoy the production value that you guys offer. Your tours are much nicer to watch than some of the other ones floating around on youtube.

My family might do an alaskan cruise on the Carnival Legend this summer and I just want to know one thing. Is the food better on Royal Caribbean or Carnival. I went on Navigator of the Seas and the food was BOSS but I've never done Carnival and I wanna know which food is better and if Carnival has better food, what would someone like me enjoy? Thx anyone else with tips I will take :D.

In addition to the jogging trail, does the ship have a promenade deck just for strolling, jogging, or lounging? That's one of my favorite areas of the ship. I've only been on Disney ships so far, so I don't know about other ships. To me, the promenade deck is a quiet get-away, day or night. Most people would prefer being where there is a lot going on, but in my experience, not many people actually hang out on the promenade for any length of time. It's a welcome place to go when you need a quiet break. I just love doing several (walking) laps around the deck a few times a day. I like it because you always have the ocean view on one side of you as you walk.

nice. but how much does a cabin cost first interior rooms not located by the dance clubs second ocean view then balcony?
how much are drinks for the people who don't buy the packages let's say a Michelob and how much is an import?
does the ship have a special room for certain people who pay for suites? like they can get breakfast in the morning
the people can make dining resorvations? only certain room keys can open the door does this ship have that room? -
Very nice. I wish you had a video like this for all of the cruises you've been on.
-
Love your channel. This one was great as always. Hope to meet you on the seas one day.

From my first cruise on Carnival (many years ago), I have always thought of the ships as the Star Trek ships (beam me up Scotty)!! All that neon!! This ship had a strange combo of futuristic and old fashioned cruising!! Red Frog reminds me of all the Senor Frog cantinas that can be found in so many ports!! Not sure I'd want a kiddie visiting Cherry on Top - can picture little ones bouncing off the walls with all that sugar (is there a per pound charge for digging in those candy bins?) Yep, Carnival is the party cruise line!! Are Guy's and Blue Iguana open 24 hours, or only the Horizon Buffet?? Is the Imagination only sailing on the west coast now?? I'm sure there is a sister ship here on the east coast that sails from Cape Canaveral!! Cape Canaveral is a nice port - I even got to see a dolphin swimming next to one of the Carnival ships the last time I sailed Carnival!! Once again, great job Sheri!! I really got a true feel of the Imagination from your tour!!
-
Did you do the twister! Looks like fun? Loved your vlog again!
-
So professional! Carnival should seriously pay you guys.

thanks sherri, i just saw you on the cruise dude channel where you were sampling guy's burger.
Welcome to our deck by deck Carnival Imagination ship tour video of newly refurbished cruise ship. To see a Carnival Imagination ocean view stateroom tour click here: https://youtu.be/9qAUnMwtCGw Will start our Carnival Imagination tour by entering the ship on Deck 7, you’ll immediately see the Grand Atrium, with traditional Fantasy-class glass elevators and the centrally located, Atrium bar. On either side of the bar, you’ll find the very popular Shore Excursions and Guest Services Desks. Nearby, the internet café is designed with an open floor plan and ocean views. Just off the atrium area, you’ll find the hallway, which serves as the art Gallery. Moving up to Deck 8, The show lounge is large, and well laid out, with a combination of traditional and rounded booth type seating. The Curiosity library is a warm, inviting place to read, wait for a table at dinner, or play a board game. Continuing toward the center of the ship, the mirage piano bar has this Circular piano focal point, crazy fun bar stools and a funky mood. Just past the mirage bar, is the Pride Dining room, which was used for anytime dining on our sailing. There are tables of all sizes, from groups of 2 to 12. Now, let’s head forward for a look at the Spirit dining room. The layout is similar to Pride, but this dining room is used for fixed time diners. If you’ve got kids or you just love games, here’s the arcade. Here is a look at the first new spot added in the 2016 refurb’. It’s “Cherry on Top.” They’ve got candy and lots of it. Let’s keep things rolling and try our luck at the El Dorado Carnival Imagination Casino. As you can see, Imagination’s midship casino is packed with gaming goodness. Just outside the El Dorado you’ll find the Dream Bar. This is a great place to grab a quick drink, meet up with friends or even take in some live music. Next up, we have the first of two lounges on Imagination named after fantasy paradises. If you get tired of buffet coffee, you’ll probably end up at Vittorios sooner or later. This is another great place to just hang out … maybe do a little people watching. Illusions nightclub has just about everything you could want in a dance club. Now let’s get a look at another venue added in the 2016 refurbishment. It’s the Alchemy bar, and it’s one of my personal favorites. Right next to the Alchemy bar is the Xanadu Lounge. This lush space is kind of a multipurpose lounge hosting all sorts of events, but primarily serves as the home of late night comedy and karaoke. If you’re looking for ocean breezes, hot tubs and cozy loungers, look no further than the Serenity, Adult only retreat. It’s a terrific place to relax, maybe jump in the hot tub, and just enjoy the view. Here’s another addition from the 2016 renovation. It’s the poolside RedFrog Rum bar. If Rum’s not your drink, you need only walk next door to the BlueIguana Tequila Bar. Let’s get a look at the pool. It’s bookended by two inviting hot tubs, and surrounded by lounge chairs. It can get pretty hopping here, and the stage and dance area keeps things lively with music, games and other activities. Another awesome 2.0 enhancement in 2016 was the addition of Guy’s Burger Joint. Not only are the Burgers rockin’ good, but it’s centrally located poolside for that quick and easy “burger and fries” fix. If you’re not in a burger mood, but still want poolside culinary gratification, check out the neighboring BlueIguana Cantina. It features freshly made tacos and burritos with your choice of fixings. To keep the lines short, Horizon (Carnival Imagination buffet) has stations with different types of food. You can find standard buffet fare here, in addition to pizza, sandwiches and of course, ice cream. At Camp Ocean, kids are entertained in age-based groups. It’s games, sports and all kinds of age appropriate activities supervised by Carnival’s friendly counselors. Next up, it’s wet and wild fun with Waterworks. Waterworks is all about slides. There are slides here for even the littlest cruisers. Check out this pint sized dual lane for tots. Of course, there’s a big kid version of the dual lane as well, but if you’re serious about waterslides, you’ll want to check out the Twister. It’s time now to visit the Spa. Here’s a look at the entrance. Now on one side you’ve got the men’s facilities and on the other there’s massage and the ladies facilities. This is a pretty nicely equipped gym. There are free weights, lots of machines and plenty of treadmills with ocean views and some with TV’s. During our visit all equipment was in excellent condition. The last stop on our tour is the City Sports Park. There’s a small but adequate jogging track, and of course mini golf.
