You could have found it with Inara.cz
You can go to the shipyard tab, search for Imperial Cutter, and tick the just discounted box, and type in your current system, it finds the closest systems that have the Imperial Cutter discounted. It's a bit late, but if you ever buy 37 imperial cutters, you know where to look lol -
currently at 49% marquis,cannot wait to finally reach duke and then start saving for the cutter (15% off at harm).

Fairly new to the game and amadsed a measly 7 mil so far by doing missions for the empire. Now i think im ready to trade and this really helps. Thnx alot man.......and does anyone else have any problems lately with connection loss while on hyperdrive? It drove me nuts this weekend because i failed several missions and ended up with a hefty 200000 credit fine because of it.

220 hours on the game and the most I have been able to amass is 13 mill and that is if I sell my Asp Explorer.... even with rare trading I cant seem to get anything close to what I see you guys pulling and to boot I am at 100% cadet and havent ranked up once lol. Any tips?
