I take it that smearing goat blood on the front door does not help if the fig gets inside the house

Thank you Mark for this great video. I work for the manufacturer, The Fountainhead Group. Just wanted to let everyone know the Burgess 1443 Propane Fogger can be found at Home Depot, Wal-Mart, some hardware stores, and also on Amazon. Also to acheive the optimal fog with the current foggers, you still need to preheat it, but for 1-2 minutes. The effectiveness of the insecticide is relative to the temperature of the fogger, so if it's not preheated, you might not get the results you are hoping for. NOTE: If the fog is thin and gray or yellow, it is too hot. You will need to increase the pumping rate to cool off the fog. If the fog is wet or dripping, the pump rate is too high. You must decrease your pumping rate. The dripping could also occur if the fogger has not reached its optimal temperature. I hope this helps. Again thanks for posting the video.

how does it work on black flys.... and wear a respirator!

Just a question does this fog kill the Mosquitos or just repel them with all the news about the zika virus looking at getting one of these because we're down south.
-
Not without a respirator!

Thanks for the video Mark. Just bought one. Mosquitoes have been bad this year.

I realize you're doing this in the daytime so you can film the video, but it may be a good idea to recommend that this be done at dusk, NOT in the day time. Dusk is when they all go to their resting places, under leaves and plants etc. If you did mention it, and I missed it, apologies.

Damn.. you are quite the nervous mumble mouth on film.. why dont you try relaxing a little.. slow down.. plan your words.. had to watch at 2x

Hi Mark. Just fired mine up for the first time and overall things went well. But I can't even imagine letting it warm up for more than 1 minute. My coils were glowing red and the mist was shooting out without any liquid component almost right away. Wonder if my unit is running hotter than normal. I had my gas dialed waaaay back too.
Your unit is obviously much older, so maybe this is a burn-in thing...? -
HI Mark, I bought a similar product recently, quick question... After fogging is necessary to clean out the Unused insecticide in the tank or it ok to store in there for long term? i thinking if the insecticide would clog the nozzle for the spray?
Thanks for checking out this Burgess propane fogger video that controls and prevents flying insects. The Jungle Fogger seen in this video does amazingly well for preventing insects around the yard and my wood splitting area. One thing I recommend is to stay up-wind of the fog. If there's any breeze at all, the fog will move quick, so I recommend spraying the grass, trees, bushes, and other things that the fog may cling to. The smell of the fog quickly goes away as the wind blows it away. The mosquitos and biting flies will be pushed away for hours after using this fogger. I highly recommend this because it's quick and will make you outdoor living area better the next time you have a barbeque or party. Thanks for watching, please subscribe!
