Building 18-6 canopied proboat racing canoe. 3/8" core cut& machined from 11ft. 6x6 stock. 1/42" stunning bockmatched Ziricote veener(picked from best i have seen in years)from Certainly Wood, East Aurora,NY. Using 2532 style BFG(7oz.) fiberglass outside & 4oz. inside. Like you there are many ways to build a show piece. 53years& now my 23 boat.
