Neat camper! Well thought out, and looks very functional. This is the first of your videos I have watched, but I like Comanches, so I will look at the others. One suggestion for the trailer: battery powered combination smoke/CO detector, especially since you use propane heat.

I enjoyed watching your videos! Very smart ideas! I'd love a little bug out rig like that. Thanks you two!

Nice work and great video you two ......check out a smaller version of your buddy heater , I have 3 of these all different sizes and mostly use the smallest one a ( Coleman Sport cat ) that way it won't get to hot in your camper and 1 small bottle last 2 nights . I use mine up in northern Ca. camping in the snow in my truck camper . ok have fun and thanks for the tips and video !!

when is the next truck video coming out

can you use a gasifier with propane cuz I was thinking and propane would be in short supply and I can Safari all you would have to have a scrap service wood or grass I guess a fire would be a very good option is what I was thinking to have on hand specially for my area I was just thinking if you could hook it up to propane you can hook up to a generator Pyridium other things that you would run on gas too thank you for your video

Good old American ingenuity and craftsmanship.
You could probably build them and quit your day job. -
That is a very very nice camping/bug out trailer you have designed and are in the process of building. A lot of neat ideas..
I am in the process of starting up my project trailer again, had to take a break from the build.
The one thing I would suggest is to replace that Colman cooler with a 12v fridge, especially if you head out west. I know they are expensive but they use a fraction of the electricity of those Thermal-electric coolers that are on constantly unlike the 12v refrigerators that cycle on and off and are true refrigerators. Dometic are very good mid-price range refrigerators that come in different sizes and are excellent.
Your doing a great job on that build!!

the people who will look like lunatics will be the people setting side of the road, out of gas in an auto and no protection when the shtf. don't forget to pack a come-a -long somewhere., maybe fifty ft of 1/4 steel rope or cable', even a snatch block.

Check out the Luggable Lou for a toilet option. Utilizes a 5 gallon bucket which looks like much higher capacity than what you have there.

Cool camper. Giving me ideas. Thanks for sharing.

That is a GREAT setup! You are very creative! Good choice of weapons as well. I like the idea of the baton, I keep my trailer hitch wrench next to my seat. I suppose it could cause some damage if need be.

with Mr. Trump as our fantastic NEW PRESIDENT, God has given us a little time to work on our errors ...:>) i was going to leave the country and looked into small trailers or truck campers but never panned out. God knew better so i ended up staying because Mr. trump will make everything safer :>)... i do have a trailer and i will convert it into something like this, great idea. where did you get the structure from? the actual living space? or is this something you made from scratch? i see you made it from scratch now... lol i don't suppose you have a video showing how you did it do you? or a video of a video where you go the ideas from? anyhow thank you for posting this looks great... will be my next summer project...:) yes we do get a nice summer

Bret & Becky, We love the bug out camper, it looks great. The pop up top is a great idea. We absolutely love watching your builds... keep up the great work yall..
Jason & Cristina
Homebuilt bug out popup camper We recently built this bug out camper to pull behind our bug out Jeep truck. We don't want to bug out if the SHTF, we prefer to bug in. But, who knows what might happen. We might have no choice but to bug out. We understand that we might not even have time to hook the camper up to the truck, or we might even have to flee our home on foot. We hope we're being a little over prepared. We believe that difficult times are coming soon. It is called The Great Tribulation. Becky and I believe that we will be raptured before the tribulation because God said that Christians won't have to endure his wrath. We could be wrong. If we're right, then our bug out Jeep, bug out boat and bug out camper will be left here for someone who might need them.......Bret Walker
