my draw length is 25.5in based on your technique. My bow is factory set at 23 in. Is this good enough or should I adjust the bow to longer?

Hey there Ike! Got a question about draw length. My draw length is 27.5 and i just bought my 2nd bow the bowtech carbon icon. The dl is set at 27.5 but feels a lil short and i believe is causing my hand to torque and my shots are off to the left. Well i decided to stretch my left arm out a little to where it felt comfortable but my right hands comes forward leaving my anchor point and now on my cheek. But shooting a few times like that my shots were centered. Well my question is could your draw length vary on different bows?

Sounds like point south playin the intro song

Is there such a thing as over tightening?

I have a new SAS 55lbs compound bow, (I am new to archery) how do I adjust the draw weight to make it easier for me to shoot arrows?
-
Lets say I have a 50# bow and I want to go to a 70# but the 50# bow can no longer be adjusted to be heavier, how would I go to get this change? If I were to get new limbs with a heavier weight, were would I buy it?

Got my son a bow for Christmas, your videos are a great way for him to learn how to set up, tune & use his bow. Keep them coming. Cheers Lee in the Uk 👍👌

Great video, I just bought a used bow at an auction and didn't test it first. Th e draw weight was much too high and I was going to sell it on Craig's list........Not now! thanks!

D. Allen, take your bow to the shop to adjust the draw length. Man, I don't understand people who get so ticked off for watching something for free and then complaining about it. I think the guy did a pretty good job on showing what your draw length should be and what to do if you get home and your bow weight needs to be adjusted. Good Job Ike, great vid. Keep it up.

Thanks Ikea! I recently emailed you for advice on do it yourself educational resources and I over looked the fact that you actually created a step by step for us to follow Thanks! You have been a great source for information!

Draw Length ????.
How do you adjust the Draw Length as stated ?... -
Very good video. At 5:53 where you are describing setting tiller and measuring from limb pocket to the outside string on the cam, suppose you have a single cam and an idler wheel on top limb, would it have to be the same even measuring procedure form limb pocket to the outside string on the idler wheel?
Thanks,
