A wonderful look back to the glorious days of 1991. As you can see from this advert, the (at the time) future year of 1992 (although, probably, it was 1992 and not 1991 and looking at it from the past (or what we would now deem the future, accepting that you are viewing this in 2012 or onwards, which, of course you must be*, being that that is the year of upload), it may seem as if it was 1991 because its close to the new year, but we are forgetting that Christmas 1992 would have been shot in 1992 and not 1991 because the new year of 1992 occurs after the period of Christmas 1991 and new years day 1992) was heavily glamorized in order to sell us, what now, looks like utter fucking shit. The Sega Megadrive might well have been a great thing for its time, but £127?!? That seems quite a lot considering t....hang on, surely this was 1992 moving into 1993? I dont fucking know, but its nice a old advert from the days when young girls used to white up their faces and wrap towels around their heads and when children could act like red indians and all with racial impunity. * I appreciate that time travel, whilst not possible now (now meaning 2012, not the year of the advert, which we have accepted is from 1992. You might be watching this in 2013 or later however, I cannot say what will happen in the future), may be possible in the future, enabling you to go back in time and you might therefore be watching this before 1992. If this is the case, then this future advert (which remains in the past for most of us (assuming that most of us are not time travellers) might give you ideas in how to make this actual advert, meaning the whole fucking thing is therefore a massive fucking paradox. You think its just an old boots advert, but it drives you to the fucking wall trying to work the bastard thing out. Anyway, got a bit sidetracked, but this advert shows a big fat specky get trying to flog early 90's grot to people who aspire to have a nice jumper wearing, permed haired wife and a few annoying kids. One last can of Tyskie before bed.
