This was very helpful. Prior to watching this phenomenal instruction, I wasted some time watching +funnzie videos. His vids are crammed with awkward, random itches around his body. Someone give the poor man a shower!

I'm not trying to sound stupid, but if you change gears while riding a bike across a street, won't you fall? I'm trying to figure out why/how I fell. I was so lucky to not end up in the hospital.
