Interiors designer definitely NOT italian, not even European i would say. Could be Gaddafi's or Saddam Hussein's boat.

It's hard to believe that it's been 5 years since that yacht was finished. Evan K. Marshall did an amazing job with designing the interior. It may not be a fast yacht, but shit does it look good!
