Just can't believe this is happening, we barely know what's below the sea on the bottom and trawlers are ruining their habitat; it's disgusting and immoral, thank you for bringing this to my attention I'm signing my name right away!

The deep ocean is the largest habitat on the planet, teeming with all kinds of unique marine life, including corals and sponges that live for hundreds to thousands of years. But deep-sea bottom trawlers are destroying them, dragging giant weighted nets across the ocean floor to catch a small number of low value fish. In collaboration with BLOOM, LUSH are campaigning to raise awareness of this issue and petitioning in support of the proposed ban on deep sea bottom trawling in the EU. Sign the petition in your local LUSH shop, or online at http://petition.protectourheritage.org/ https://www.lush.co.uk/article/soapbox-great-oceanocide http://www.bloomassociation.org/en/
