What year is your 440?
My wife and I have been looking around and she really likes your cabin layout, but we haven't had success in finding that open layout. -
Do you have any stress cracks in the bulkheads? Especially on the port side? We are looking @ 440s and everyone we've seen has them. Last one also has a few of them below deck as well that were strengthened by sandwiching the existing boards between some reinforcing boards.

Impi's crossing from Cape Town South Africa to Fortaleza Brazil. We had high winds for the first week and did not take the usual route via St Helena. We arrived in Brazil after 21 days at sea.
