Why do they need rescue??
A good mechnic fix things and better, avoid things happen.

I wouldn't need rescuing off the fishing boat, because I would have died in that swell long before the emergency occured. I spent alot of time at sea in the Marine Corps but not very often in seas like that and when we hit them the doc would put me on an IV and send me to sleepy land.

still remember seein the cables of some ´qe2´ or so being towed ´atlantick crossin´ steil... with lots of seil under woda...

Question : where is Arranmore..? Scotland?.
These guys are what I call real heroes.
I laugh when i watch the media here in the USA, praise firemen who show up, point a hose at a fire and claim to be heroes. Ooooooeeee.
Move aside all you Hometown Heroes, these dudes who man Lifeboats really earn that title.

I'm amazed at how they do that. There must be so much strain on the fittings the towing ropes are attached to. I'm amazed it just doesn't rip them off, either boat, well, certainly the smaller one.
