I just have to laugh at all the sad losers who have to find fault in every single part of this video. GET OVER YOURSELVES. No way was he x% fat - no way did he get this body in 30 days - no way did he do this natural. This is quite simply a video on a guy making a really concerted effort to follow a strict dietary plan whilst continuing to train hard in order to shed last few pounds he needs to get the body he knows is lost underneath his fat layer. What exactly is so complicated about this? As someone who is in exactly the same position as he WAS I find the video really helpful - and yes - inspiring. For all the haters - just f*** off because basically you will NEVER look like this with that kind of attitude.

I am certainly not an expert but what it looks like to me is that you did a bulk and the 30 days you showed was the cutting.
You were obviously in shape when you started at day 1.
So at least in my opinion, this is kind of misleading.
Now have you been a chunky, no muscle tone couch potato, i would then say there is no way you can accomplish that in 30 days. But since that wasnt the case, i stick to my initial assessment. -

I want to note that this program is not for beginners, because many of the exercises require decent physical endurance, and some of the exercises must be performed correctly and carefully in order to prevent injuries. - Many of you said that I was just in a phase of bulking before the program. YES and NO. What I want to say is that YES, I was working out, but since I was playing handball for about 12 years,I got injured in the right shoulder (rotatory cuff syndrome), so before I started the program I was little bit out of shape. I have never used steroids in my life! Supplements which I am using are shown in the video (of course they are optional) . - All images from the video are only during these 30 days. Only the left photo of the thumbnail is three months before the start of the program. I admit I putted it only to draw more viewers attention.
