I don't think he's really an offie (his legspin tutorial was better) but you see that bowling a decent topspinner and offbreak isn't hard. He didn't talk about drift which is an offie's big weapon IMHO because it works even when the pitch isn't turning and it makes your topspinner into a lethal weapon against the left hander. The thing to remember about Murali is that he is different from just about every other offie in that he is a wrist spinner and not a finger spinner.

i enjoy the hell out of the fact that he doesnt have any complaints about the doosra. You can bowl one legally (with a tonne of practice) and i think its a handy tool to have
