AGP Turbo PT Cruiser GT shop car dyno

okay so i have a turbo 2006 2.4 pt cruiser my turbo will not kick.on an i cannot go over forty we have changes a lot of sensors an cleaned alot of things do unknown what may be c auseing all this to happen
