He is like an OBGYN but for a ships engine. He gets inside and has a look around. Cleans up what needs to be cleaned, checks for wear and tear to the crankcase. And just like a woman.. The natural lube they have should last them their lifetime of service.

wouldnt it just be much more effective to flush the oil out with some other fluid that doesnt damage the engine but still gets the oil out and then dispose it at the harbour to some safe location? would be alot faster and also save manpower. if they then need to inspect the engine they could just go into the clean area and do the inspection and then run the engine again.
