Someone may have already said it, but never tighten the drag all the way.

Wow, amazing video as ever, and I was feeling for you at the end there. Totally sketchy encountering a random vessel like that. I hate to say this but the fish you hunt don't want to die either! Imagine that!! You got a real sense of the fear of potential threat of harm so have some mercy on the tuna! : ) I know I am barking up the wrong boat....just a thought!

aaahhh nothing like getting spooled by a giant Mahi. Its kinda like pouring your favorite bowl of cereal to realize you have no milk!

Great how you mention the peace of being on the sea. You make some fabulous looking food, Elayna. That possible pirate thing must have been scary. I've heard various pros and cons of keeping weapons on board.

Your channel is very calming for those nights i can't get to sleep, not just entertaining!

just about everyone I don't think quite everyone
5 days at sea, sailing Panama to Galapagos (845 nm). It was good to set sail and be free of all things technology for a while (minus the cameras and video editing on the lappy….. But luckily I love that stuff). It was very calm for most of the trip. A BIG difference in weather if you compare it to the Caribbean, especially around Columbia!! Looking back, that was absolutely crazy. We couldn’t believe the amount of wild life we saw on this trip alone. More info on the pirate scare coming in the next episode and some footage of the spectacular congregation of fauna we managed to witness!! I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE GALAPAGOS. Thank you all so much for watching these videos I make and for following our voyage. It makes this adventure all the more worth it.
