Great boat. I could live very comfortable on her! Do you min me asking how much?

Not exactly ship-shape is it O.o
Lovely boat but for God's sake tidy up! -
Dude great score! Nice video. These stuck up yachttys need to pull the anal stick out or get put to bed with a big cock in their pretentious stuck up perfectionistic asses. Ive lived on boats for fifteen years now and if u think this guys a slob dont ever come to my boat!! However im very big on safety for obvious reasons like i want myself and my boat to survive. So trust that i be knowing where my emergency gear is and how to use it! We arent all militant robots people!! Lighten up. Especially since i dont see u fools making ur own videos of perfection to show all of us poor slobs how its done! Help us out dont just help ur own egos out by putting others down. Great video dude. Keep sailing and enjoying boats in general. Signed: Opal..a Real Pirate m8

What is a sea cock used for? I'm guessing they open to the sea.

-

What a mess, at least flush the toilet
-
Great vessel but what a cluttered mess. To me one of the benefits of a live aboard is living an organised tidy lifestyle.

Thanks Drake. I just figured out a way to cover my deck hatches with little roll up shades! Perfect. Sometimes I like to take an afternoon 2pm nap that sun is always bright in my aft cabin. Problem solved. I was using a piece of cardboard cut to perfect size. This Ketch REALLY has a lot of storage. Beautiful wood too. Those aft cabin windows are AWESOME! What is the ONE thing we dont have on our boats that those huge frigates from the 1700's have.. AFT portal windows! That IS cool.

Sir Drake,
You make Great videos Sir. Thank you for all of them. I really enjoy them. But I really must say. Dude there is not one square foot of space on that boat that is not a cluttered up mess. I mean seriously. Passage or not I suspect that that boat is always a mess. That said I would think that the tidiness of any sailing vessel offshore directly affects the safety of the vessel would it not? Trying to find your Epirb or flashlights or survival gear in an emergency when you only have seconds to react could be a diseaster. Not to mention the added "stuff" that would add to a fire if one broke out. And what about trying to swim through the flotsam if you ever went upside down? Anyway thats a beautiful boat under all the mess. Thanks. -
I never hear anyone talk much about the air conditioning, you mentioned it so I know this boat has ac. Do many boats have ac? I new to sailboats, still learning about them, haven't learned to sail yet but it looks like alot of fun. I'm long way from live a board, I'm getting a sailboat for freshwater (lake powell...) and want a fully functional "live a board" ready boat 30' or so that way I can spend a week or 2 on the lake and be ok. I would probably require ac most of the summer months tho.
Thanks for any info you can throw my way.
I'd love to retire on the ocean and do a live a board thing like that and sail around the world. -
Glad you made this video Drake. It helps seeing gear down below. Also helps seeing the work involved in buying a used boat. Most videos show new or lightly used boats. This is a shot of reality for a lot of us. I showed my wife and it didn't scare her off! Thanks again for leading the way.

next video, flush the toilet before making a tour video.... #justsaying
-
nice video man, im stil learning about liveaboard and this video gives me a good inside experience.. waiting for your next video.

What a beautiful boat

Damn, some mean comments. I'd like to see it after they lived on it and run out of space quickly. Weekend boats aren't the same as a live aboard. Good video buddy. Great looking boat.

Real nice boat. Real slobs but I guess your mother never taught you to be neat and how you ever find anything is beyond . Need to yard it out and start over. It has lots of storage areas.

What a pig pen. With tens of thousands of people watching, why would you not clean up first. Better yet, don't live like pigs.
Drake Roberts gives a tour of the cabin of Vagabond 42 'Fellowship,' while docked in Florida after sailing 650 offshore nautical nautical miles from North Carolina.- For people who have been commenting that the boat is a mess, things may not always be as they appear. If you watch the Fellowship series you'll see that the boat was bought in the USA by an Australian. He flew from Australia to the USA, took possession of the boat, and then we did repairs, provisioning and all the preparation we could over the next 3 days before pushing off from North Carolina and sailing offshore to Florida. The boat was completely new to all of us aboard. This tour was filmed on the day after our arrival in Florida after a hellacious weather last day of offshore sailing.
