OK, its not a skirt, its a very short dress, but that doesnt sound so good in the title does it?! Anyway, when I first saw her I thought she had literally forgotten her cycling shorts! Then I looked as she passed and I saw she was wearing skin colour tights and my second thought was that she had forgotten her skirt! Turns out its a very short dress, wheoever she is, if you see this - I'd reccommend something slightly longer for your ride to work!
