On the rivets of you just use to 3 pound hammers back the rivet on one side and hit it from the other side most of the time they will seal up

To patch small holes in the hull, I used a product recommended by a friend of mine I've know for years (30 to be exact), called Alvins Lab Metal. When I first put it in the water it leaked but it wasn't the holes I patched. Turns out the live well fill hole in the bottom of the boat was leaking. I pulled it out, cleaned and re-sealed it with silicone and the boat stays bone dry.
